§ 53‑395.  Compensationof the Commissioner's office.

The office of theCommissioner, for services rendered in connection with the duties described inthis Subpart, shall be entitled to actual expenses incurred in connection withthe liquidation of each State trust company, including a reasonable sum for thetime of the examiners and other agents of the Commissioner. The Commissionermay adopt rules or orders for fixing these expenses. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
