§ 53‑93.  Powers andduties of Commissioner.

The Commissioner of Banksshall have the powers, duties and functions herein given, and in additionthereto such other powers and rights as may be necessary or incident to theproper discharge of the Commissioner's duties. The Commissioner may appoint andassign a member of the staff of the Office of the Commissioner of Banks topreside at administrative hearings required by Article 3A of Chapter 150B ofthe General Statutes, the Administrative Procedure Act, and make a recommendeddecision to the Commissioner.
