§54‑109.4.  Amendments.

(a)        The articles ofincorporation or the bylaws may be amended as provided in the bylaws.Amendments to the articles of incorporation or bylaws shall be submitted to theAdministrator of Credit Unions who shall approve or disapprove the amendmentswithin 60 days.
