§ 54‑109.75.  Insurancefor members.

(a)        A credit union maypurchase or make available insurance for its members in amounts related totheir respective ages, shares, deposits or loan balances or to any combinationof them.

(b)        A credit union mayenter into cooperative marketing arrangements to facilitate its members'voluntary purchase of insurance including, but not by way of limitation, lifeinsurance, disability insurance, accident and health insurance, propertyinsurance, liability insurance, and legal expense insurance.
