§54‑46.  Incorporation and powers.

Land and loan associationsshall be incorporated, supervised, and be subject to such regulations and havesuch privileges as are prescribed for building and loan associations under thelaws of this State as they now are or may be hereafter enacted, except asprescribed in this Article.
