§54‑62. Appraisal of lands.
Upon application for a loanthe land mortgage association shall cause the lands which it is proposed tomortgage to the association to be appraised by a competent appraiser furnishedit by the State Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. (1925,c. 223, s. 14; 1997‑261, s. 109.)
