§ 54B‑154.  Insiderloans.

The Commissioner of Banks maypromulgate rules and regulations no less stringent than the requirements of theappropriate federal regulatory authority, and as he deems necessary, to governthe making of loans to officers and directors, and their associates, andcompanies or other business entities controlled by them.
