§54B‑188.  Municipal and county obligations.

A State association may investin bonds or other evidences of indebtedness which are direct generalobligations of any county, city, town, village, school district, sanitation orpark district, or other political subdivision or municipal corporation of thisState; or in bonds or other evidences of indebtedness which are payable fromrevenues or earnings specifically pledged therefor, which are issued by thecounty or an adjoining county or a political subdivision or municipalcorporation of a county in this State.
