§54B‑245.  Filing of semiannual financial reports; fees.

Each mutual deposit guarantyassociation shall on the 30th day of June and the 31st day of December of eachyear, or within 40 days thereafter, file with the Secretary of Commerce areport for the preceding half year, showing its financial condition at the endthereof. Such reports shall be in such form and contain such information as maybe prescribed by the Secretary of Commerce. Each guaranty association doingbusiness in this State shall pay to the Secretary of Commerce, at the time offiling each semiannual report required by this section, the sum of five dollars($5.00).
