§ 54B‑262.  Supervisionof savings and loan holding companies.

Savings and loan holdingcompanies shall be under the supervision of the Commissioner of Banks. TheCommissioner of Banks shall exercise all powers and responsibilities withrespect to savings and loan holding companies which he exercises with respectto associations.
