§ 54B‑272. Establishment of out‑of‑state branches by state associations.

With the prior consent of theCommissioner of Banks, any association chartered under the laws of NorthCarolina may establish a branch in any other state in accordance with the laws ofsuch other state. (1993,c. 191, s. 2; 2001‑193, s. 16.)
