§54C‑137. Municipal and county obligations.
A savings bank may invest inbonds or other evidences of indebtedness that are direct general obligations ofany county, city, town, village, school district, sanitation, or park district,or other political subdivision or municipal corporation of this State; or inbonds or other evidences of indebtedness that are payable from revenues orearnings specifically pledged therefor, which are issued by a county or apolitical subdivision or municipal corporation of a county in this State.
