§54C‑138.  Stock in education agency.

A savings bank may invest instock or obligations of any corporation doing business in this State, or of anyagency of this State or of the United States, where the principal business ofthe corporation or agency is to make loans for the financing of a college oruniversity education, or education at an industrial education center, technicalinstitute, or community college.
