§ 54C‑206. Establishment of out‑of‑state branches by State savings banks.

With the prior consent of theCommissioner of Banks, any savings bank chartered under the laws of NorthCarolina may establish a branch in any other state in accordance with the lawsof such other state. (1993, c. 191, s. 3; 2001‑193, s. 16.)
