§ 54C‑62. Statementfiled by savings bank; fees.
A State savings bank shallfile in the office of the Commissioner of Banks, on or before the first day ofFebruary in each year, in the form prescribed by the Commissioner of Banks, astatement of the business standing and financial condition of the savings bankon the preceding 31st day of December, signed and sworn to by the secretary orother officer duly authorized by the board of directors of the savings bankbefore a notary public. The statement shall be accompanied by a filing fee setby the Commissioner of Banks, subject to the advice and consent of theCommission. The filing fees shall be used to defray the expenses incurred bythe Division in supervising State savings banks. (1991, c. 680, s. 1; 1993, c.163, s. 3; 2001‑193, s. 16.)
