§54C‑84.  Judicial review.

A person or State savings bankagainst whom a cease and desist order is issued or a fine is imposed may havethe order or fine reviewed by a court of competent jurisdiction.  Except asotherwise provided, an appeal may be made only within 30 days of the issuanceof the order or the imposition of the fine, whichever is later.
