§ 55A‑8‑07. Resignation of directors.

(a)        A director mayresign at any time by communicating his resignation to the board of directors,its presiding officer, or to the corporation.

(b)        A resignation iseffective when it is communicated unless the notice specifies a later effectivedate or subsequent event upon which it will become effective. (1993,c. 398, s. 1.)
