§57C‑5‑03.  Rights of judgment creditor.

On application to a court ofcompetent jurisdiction by any judgment creditor of a member, the court maycharge the membership interest of the member with payment of the unsatisfiedamount of the judgment with interest.  To the extent so charged, the judgmentcreditor has only the rights of an assignee of the membership interest.  ThisChapter does not deprive any member of the benefit of any exemption lawsapplicable to his membership interest.
