§ 57C‑7‑07. Registered office and registered agent of foreign limited liability company.

Each foreign limited liabilitycompany authorized to transact business or conduct affairs in this State mustmaintain a registered office and registered agent as required by Article 4 ofChapter 55D of the General Statutes and is subject to service on the Secretaryof State under that Article.
