§ 58‑10‑155. Actuarial opinion summary.

(a)        Every property andcasualty insurance company domiciled in this State that is required to submit astatement of actuarial opinion shall annually submit an actuarial opinionsummary, written by the company's appointed actuary. This actuarial opinionsummary shall be filed in accordance with the appropriate NAIC Property andCasualty Annual Statement Instructions and shall be considered as a documentsupporting the statement of actuarial opinion required in G.S. 58‑10‑150.

(b)        A company licensedbut not domiciled in this State, and a company writing business in this Statealthough not specifically licensed to do so or otherwise authorized, shallprovide the actuarial opinion summary upon request. (2007‑127, s. 15.)
