§ 58‑10‑165. Monetary penalties for failure to provide documents.

A company that fails toprovide a statement of actuarial opinion, actuarial opinion summary, actuarialreport, or work papers within the time frame provided in the Commissioner'swritten request, is subject to the monetary penalties set forth in G.S. 58‑2‑70.(2007‑127,s. 15.)
