§58‑15‑115.  Advisory committee.

The advisory committeeexercising the subscribers' rights in a domestic reciprocal shall be selectedunder rules adopted by the subscribers.  At least three‑fourths of thecommittee shall comprise subscribers or their representatives other than theattorney or any person employed by, representing, or having a financialinterest in the attorney.  The committee shall supervise the finances of thereciprocal and the reciprocal's operations to the extent required to assure theirconformity with the subscriber's agreement and power of attorney and shallexercise any other powers conferred on it by the subscriber's agreement.
