§58‑15‑55.  Agent's license.

No person shall act in thisState as an agent of a reciprocal in the solicitation or procurement ofapplications for insurance, subscriber's agreements, or powers of attorney, orin the collection of premiums in connection with the reciprocal, without firstprocuring an agent's license from the Commissioner pursuant to Article 33 ofthis Chapter.  An agent shall be appointed by each reciprocal the agentrepresents.
