§ 58‑16‑6. Conditions of continued licensure.

In order for a foreigninsurance company to continue to be licensed, it shall report any changes inthe documents filed under G.S. 58‑16‑5(1) or G.S. 58‑16‑5(5);maintain the amounts of capital and surplus specified in G.S. 58‑16‑5(2);and remain in compliance with G.S. 58‑16‑5(6), (7), and (8) andwith G.S. 58‑7‑46.
