§58‑19‑55.  Receivership.

Whenever it appears to theCommissioner that any person has committed a violation of this Article that soimpairs the financial condition of a domestic insurer as to threaten insolvencyor make the further transaction of business by it hazardous to itspolicyholders, creditors, shareholders, or the public, then the Commissionermay proceed as provided in Article 30 of this Chapter.
