§58‑19‑70.  Judicial review; mandatory injunction or writ ofmandamus.

(a)        Any personaggrieved by any order made by the Commissioner pursuant to this Article mayappeal in accordance with G.S. 58‑2‑75.

(b)        Any personaggrieved by any failure of the Commissioner to act or make a determinationrequired by this Article may petition the Superior Court of Wake County for amandatory injunction or a writ of mandamus directing the Commissioner to act ormake such determination forthwith.
