§58‑2‑120.  Reports of Commissioner to the Governor and GeneralAssembly.

The Commissioner shall, fromtime to time, report to the Governor and the General Assembly any change orchanges that in the Commissioner's opinion should be made in the laws relatingto insurance and other subjects pertaining to the Department.
