§58‑2‑35.  Seal of Department.

The Commissioner, with theapproval of the Governor, shall devise a seal, with suitable inscription, forhis office, a description of which, with the certificate of approval by theGovernor, shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State, with animpression thereof, which seal shall thereupon become the seal of office of theCommissioner of the Department.
