§58‑20‑25.  Termination of Club membership; notice.

If a member fails to pay hiscontributions calls, or assessment, or other property required by the board oftrustees as authorized by this Article, he shall not be entitled to any hullinsurance and protection and indemnity coverage under this Article, and theClub may terminate his membership upon giving the member at least 10 days'notice.  The Club may terminate a membership for any other reason upon givingthe member at least 90 days' written notice of the termination.  A member mayterminate his membership with the Club upon giving at least 90 days' writtennotice of the termination.
