§ 58‑22‑70. Registration and renewal fees.

Every risk retention group andpurchasing group that registers with the Commissioner under this Article shallpay the following fees:

Riskretention group registration........................................................... $    500.00

Purchasinggroup registration................................................................       500.00

Riskretention group renewal................................................................    1,500.00

Purchasinggroup renewal....................................................................       100.00

Registration fees shall not beprorated and must be submitted with the application for registration. Renewalfees shall not be prorated and shall be paid on or before January 1 of eachyear.  (1989(Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1069, s. 12; 1995, c. 507, s. 11A(c); 1999‑435, s.3; 2009‑451, s. 21.12(a).)
