§58‑32‑5.  Meetings of Commission; compensation.

The Commission shall meet atleast four times per year, on or about January 15, April 15, July 15, October15 and upon call of the chairman. The members shall receive no compensation forattendance at meetings, except a per diem expense reimbursement. Members of theCommission who are not officers or employees of the State shall receivereimbursement for subsistence and travel expenses at rates set out in G.S. 138‑5from funds made available to the Commission. Members of the Commission who areofficers or employees of the State shall be reimbursed for travel andsubsistence at the rates set out in G.S. 138‑6 from funds made availableto the Commission.
