§ 58‑33A‑90. (Effective July 1, 2010) Reporting of actions.

(a)        A public adjustershall report to the Commissioner any administrative action taken against thepublic adjuster in another jurisdiction or by another governmental agency inthis State within 30 days after the final disposition of the matter. Thisreport shall include a copy of the order, consent order, or other relevantlegal documents.

(b)        Within 30 daysafter the initial pretrial hearing date, the public adjuster shall report tothe Commissioner any criminal prosecution of the public adjuster taken in anyjurisdiction. The report shall include a copy of the initial complaint filed,the order resulting from the hearing, and any other relevant legal documents.  (2009‑565, s. 1.)
