§58‑35‑70.  Payments by insured without notice of assignment ofagreement.

Unless the insured has noticeof actual or intended assignment of the insurance premium finance agreement,payment thereunder by him to the last known holder of the agreement shall bebinding upon all subsequent holders or assignees. (1963, c. 1118.)
