§58‑40‑125.  Limitation.

Nothing in this Article shallapply to any town or county farmers mutual fire insurance associationrestricting its operations to not more than six adjacent counties in thisState, or to domestic insurance companies, associations, orders or fraternalbenefit societies now doing business in this State on the assessment plan.
