§ 58‑42‑30.  Dutyto provide information.

Every participating insurerand agent shall provide to any person seeking the insurance available in eachplan, information about the services prescribed in the plan, including fullinformation on the requirements and procedures for obtaining insurance underthe plan, whenever the insurance is not readily available in the voluntarymarket.
