§ 58‑44‑110. Nonparticipation in mediation program.

If the insured decides not toparticipate in this program or if the parties are unsuccessful at resolving theclaim, the insured may choose to proceed under the appraisal process set forthin the insurance policy, by litigation, or by any other dispute resolutionprocedure available under North Carolina law.
