§58‑44‑5.  Items to be expressed in policies.

Upon request there shall beprinted, stamped, or written on each fire policy issued in this State the basisrate, deficiency charge, the credit for improvements, and the rate at whichwritten, and whenever a rate is made or changed on any property situated inthis State upon request a full statement thereof showing in detail the basisrate, deficiency charges and credits, as well as rate proposed to be made,shall be delivered to the owner or his representative having the insurance onthe property in charge, by the company, association, their agent orrepresentative.
