§ 58‑50‑1.  Waiverby insurer.

The acknowledgment by anyinsurer of the receipt of notice given under any policy covered by Articles 49,50 through 55, 65, or 67 of this Chapter, or the furnishing of forms for filingproofs of loss, or the acceptance of such proofs, or the investigation of anyclaim under the policy, shall not operate as a waiver of any of the rights ofthe insurer in defense of any claim arising under the policy.
