§58‑58‑160.  Voting power under policies of group life insurance.

In every group policy issuedby a domestic life insurance company, the employer shall be deemed to be thepolicyholder for all purposes within the meaning of Articles 1 through 64 ofthis Chapter, and, if entitled to vote at meetings of the company, shall beentitled to one vote thereat.
