§58‑58‑5. Industrial life insurance defined.
Industrial life insurance ishereby declared to be that form of life insurance under which the premiums arepayable monthly or oftener, provided the face amount of insurance stated in thepolicy does not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) and the words"Industrial Policy" are printed upon the policy as a part of thedescriptive matter.
