§58‑58‑85. Insurable interest in life of person covered by pensionplan.
A trustee under a writtendocument providing for a pension plan for payments of money or delivery ofother benefits to be made to persons eligible to receive them under the termsand provisions of such written document shall be deemed to have and is herebydeclared to have an insurable interest in the lives of any person or personscovered by the pension plan, to the extent that contracts or policies ofinsurance are in conformity with and in furtherance of the purposes of thepension plan.
