§58‑6‑20.  Policyholders to furnish information.

Every corporation, firm, orindividual doing business in the State shall, upon request of the Commissioner,furnish the Commissioner any information the Commissioner considers necessaryto enable the Commissioner to enforce the payment of a tax levied in thisChapter.
