§58‑67‑15.  Health maintenance organization of bordering states maybe admitted to do business; reciprocity.

A federally qualified healthmaintenance organization approved and regulated under the laws of a statebordering this State may be admitted to do business in this State by satisfyingthe Commissioner that it is fully and legally organized under the laws of thatstate, and that it complies with all requirements for health maintenanceorganizations organized within this State; provided that the bordering statehas a law or regulation substantially similar to this section.
