§ 58‑70‑55. Office hours.

If an office of a dulylicensed collection agency does not maintain normally accepted business hours,the hours the office is open shall be posted so as to be prominently displayedto the public at all times.  If at any time it is anticipated that the permitholder's office will be closed to the public for a period exceeding seven days,the Department of Insurance shall be notified thereof in writing.
