§58‑71‑195. Conflicting laws.
Section 41.1 of Chapter 105 ofthe General Statutes of North Carolina and all laws and clauses of laws inconflict with the provisions of the Chapter are hereby repealed. Provided,however, that in the event of any conflict between the provisions of thisChapter and those of Chapter 15A of the General Statutes of North Carolina, theprovisions of Chapter 15A shall control and continue in full force and effect.
