§58‑71‑30.  Arrest of defendant for purpose of surrender.

For the purpose ofsurrendering the defendant, the surety may arrest him before the forfeiture ofthe undertaking, or by his written authority endorsed on a certified copy ofthe undertaking, may request any judicial officer to order arrest of thedefendant. (1963, c. 1225, s. 7; 1975, c. 619, s. 1.)
