§ 58‑71‑55. License fees.

A nonrefundable license fee oftwo hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be paid to the Commissioner with eachapplication for license as a bail bondsman and a license fee of one hundredtwenty dollars ($120.00) shall be paid to the Commissioner with eachapplication for license as a runner.  (1963, c. 1225, s. 12; 1975, c. 619, s. 1; 1983, c.790, s. 11; 1991, c. 721, s. 4; 1995 (Reg.
