§58‑73‑10.  Clerk to notify county commissioners of condition ofcompany.

Each clerk of the superiorcourt shall furnish the chairman of the board of county commissioners of hiscounty with notice of each surety company licensed in this State, and of eachsurety company whose license has been revoked, in which any officer of thecounty has been bonded.
