§58‑81‑10.  Penalty for noncompliance.

Any owner, owners, proprietoror keeper of any hotel or other building of like occupancy who fails to complywith any of the foregoing provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class3 misdemeanor and punished only by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00)nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00).  Each day of noncompliance herewith shallconstitute a separate offense.
