§ 58‑85‑15.  Whoshall participate in the fund.

The line of duty entitling oneto participate in the fund shall be so construed as to mean actual fire dutyonly, and any actual duty connected with the fire department or county firemarshal office when directed to perform the same by an officer in charge.
